The Champ AI coach feature provides general guidance based on the 100 For Life methodology. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, fitness, or mental health advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant changes to your health or fitness routine.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the application, including journal entries, goals, and progress data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you. We will not share your personal content with third parties.

7. Subscription and Billing

100 For Life offers both free and paid (Pro) tiers. Free features are available at no cost. Pro features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

The 100 For Life name, logo, methodology, pillar system, and all associated content are the intellectual property of the creators. The book "100 For Life" and its concepts are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the application or its content without written permission.
