• AI interactions: messages you send to the Champ AI coach (used solely to generate responses).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to provide and improve the 100 For Life service:

• Display your dashboard, streaks, metrics, and progress.
• Generate personalized AI coaching responses.
• Calculate daily targets (e.g., hydration based on weight).
• Send reminders and notifications you have opted into.
• Improve the application experience based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform with enterprise-grade security. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) solely to operate the service.
• With AI providers (OpenAI) to process Champ AI coaching requests — only the content of your message and relevant context is sent, not your full profile.

6. Cookies and Local Storage
